Entrusted by China National Textile and Apparel Council, China Textile Machinery Association hosted the “Sintensa Cyclone Low Tension Flat Knitting Continuous” developed by Lixin Dyeing and Finishing Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. on May 21, 2019 in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of the "Boiler and Drifting Machine" project.

The ELASTO-DIP high-feed unit and the roller bed steamer were developed. The feeding system is evenly fed, the working fluid of the fabric is evenly permeable under the tension and the reaction is sufficient; the MULTIDATA control system is developed, which improves the adaptability and maintenance convenience of the fabric and ensures the consistent product quality. The equipment developed by the project has the characteristics of low tension, anti-rolling, stable operation, energy saving and environmental protection .

The experts of the appraisal committee inspected the use site, listened to the technical development summary report, inspection and search report, user report, etc. of the project undertaker, and reviewed the project identification materials. After the inquiry and discussion, the appraisal committee agreed that “Sintensa Cyclone type is low. The overall technology of the tension flat-width knitting continuous boiling machine reached the international leading level, and agreed to pass the scientific and technological achievements appraisal, and suggested to further accelerate the marketing application.
